The entire room disappeared from my view when my fashion radar spotted an outfit that conjured up images of tropical beaches, palm trees, and tiki huts. My favorite part of the outfit was a strapless top with a tropical floral print. At the hips of the black knee-length skirt, a generous amount of ruching added detail.
