I finally found a pleated skirt at a thrift store a couple of days ago! I’ve been hoping to find one for at least a year. The thick waistband isn’t my favorite, but the skirt fits, and the length is perfect.
I even got to wear it at my friends’ wedding yesterday evening with my purple pleated blouse, one of my favorite thrift store finds.

Goodness, who knew pleats were in? I haven’t had a pleated item since middle school, I think…still not a big fan, though I think the asymmetrical cuts make them look better.

I was surprised to see them in style, too. At least they’re way different from the middle school pleats!
